The AVG Tempering Valve High Pressure, is designed to to blend hot and cold water to a controlled mixed outlet temerture for domestic and commercial hot water plumbing systems. This high-performance thermostatic tempering valve assembly features a forged DR bronze body with stainless steel springs and internal components, including integral non-return valves, 60-mesh inlet strainers, and internal flow directors. Supplied with an insulation jacket and inlet union connectors, it is factory-set to 50??C and adjustable between 40??C and 50??C, maintaining outlet temperature accuracy within +3??C in accordance with AS 4032.2. Suitable for hot water inlets from 65??C to 99??C and cold water inlets from 5??C to 25??C, it operates at a minimum flow rate of 4 L/min and is rated for up to 1400 kPa static and 500 kPa dynamic pressure. The valve is WaterMark certified (Licence No. 20137) and complies with AS 4032.1 and AS 4032.2 standards.
