The AVG Tempering Valve High Pressure, is designed to to blend hot and cold water to a controlled mixed outlet temerture for domestic and commercial hot water plumbing systems. This high-performance thermostatic tempering valve assembly features a forged DR bronze body with stainless steel springs and internal components, including integral non-return valves, 60-mesh inlet strainers, and internal flow directors. Supplied with an insulation jacket and inlet union connectors, it is factory-set to 50ºC and adjustable between 40ºC and 50ºC, maintaining outlet temperature accuracy within +3ºC in accordance with AS 4032.2. Suitable for hot water inlets from 65ºC to 99ºC and cold water inlets from 5ºC to 25ºC, it operates at a minimum flow rate of 4 L/min and is rated for up to 1400 kPa static and 500 kPa dynamic pressure. The valve is WaterMark certified (Licence No. 20137) and complies with AS 4032.1 and AS 4032.2 standards.
